I'm a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist with a Level 5 Higher Diploma and a Dentist! With over 20 years of experience in the private sector, I run a vibrant clinic and offer online support to clients all around the globe.
My true passion is empowering individuals cultivate realistic, beneficial, and healthy habits that help manage stress, conquer insomnia, and supercharge energy levels! I also provide support for those dealing with, phobias, unhealthy habits, and general wellness concerns.
